Residents living in our independent and assisted living apartments are welcome to utilize the services of various physicians and other medical professionals who hold regular office hours at Selfhelp.

Residents who are patients of these physicians may visit them right here at Selfhelp for their ongoing medical care. In addition, medical professionals including a podiatrist, dentist, audiologist and optometrist are available to see patients. Regardless of your age, staying healthy is important and wellness plays an essential role in the care and services provided at Selfhelp. Checking a resident’s blood pressure, regular exercise classes and offering tips on health and fitness are all part of the routine at Selfhelp. We take a proactive approach to care and believe preventive measures hold the key to long term health.
