The Selfhelp Home is a community of individuals with similar beliefs, leading very rich, fulfilling lives. Designed to accommodate a variety of needs, residents are able to live independently, receive some assistance with personal care, or obtain comprehensive nursing and rehabilitative care. All without ever leaving home.

INDEPENDENT LIVING
Selfhelp encourages an active lifestyle and respects each person's individuality and independence. Residents may choose from a variety of floor plans for studio and one bedroom apartments with a range of amenities.

ASSISTED LIVING
For those who need help with their daily routine, residents receive supervision and support from Selfhelp staff members.

INTERMEDIATE NURSING CARE
If a resident becomes ill, he or she can move to our intermediate health care facility located on dedicated floors of our building. These residents receive 24-hour nursing care as directed.

SKILLED NURSING CARE
Selfhelp can accommodate individuals requiring even the most complex care. Residents requiring wound care, pain management, tube feedings, intravenous therapy and rehabilitation therapy are treated in our health care facility.
